Welcome to my webpage! A graduate of Hannibal High School myself (class of '98), I have returned home to teach Communication Arts. My classes this year are French I at Hannibal Middle School and French I, II, III, IV, and V at Hannibal High school. I have my B.A. degree in English from Truman State University (minors in French and International Studies) and a Master's Degree in Education from Quincy University. I am also currently working on a second Master's Degree in French through the University of Southern Mississippi. I spent a year abroad after college teaching English at Lycee Jacques Monod (a high school) in Saint-Jean-de-Braye, France - what an amazing experience! This marks my seventh year of teaching at HHS. My husband Devron and I live here in Hannibal; he is the Graphic Arts teacher at Macon Area Vocational Technical School in Macon, Missouri. We have one son, Atticus, who turns four in October and our daughter, Scarlett, will be two in October. We also have two adorable miniature dachshunds, Annabel and Lenore.
