Good evening families!  We are entering September and learning is in full swing.  Your child is in a routine and his/her bookbag should have items to check.  Please always remember to check you child’s backpack every evening!  This way your families never miss an opportunity for a note or book.  This year we challenge each family member to get involved with his/her child’s learning.  Here are some easy ways:

1. Set a homework time at home
2. Check bookbag every evening
3. Make sure your child reads every evening
4. Join PTO
5. Come to events at Stowell
6. Read the teacher’s newsletters and notes

Thank you for taking the time to read this short note from the principal!  Thank you!  This year is going to be a GREAT year of learning.
