Vicki Dudding - Principal's Web Page -  This is my fourth year as principal of Eugene Field. I  taught at Eugene Field for 18 years. Most of the time I have taught 5th grade, but I  also taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. My husband, Dallas, and I have 4 grown children and one granddaughter. We enjoy traveling and gardening.

 

Mrs. Tracy Borgmeyer, Secretary to the Principal -- I am the school secretary. I love my job! I have been at Eugene Field for 9 years. After staying home with our 3 sons, Jonathan, Joshua, and Jacob, I decided to go back to work. I found the PERFECT job.

Mrs. Kathy DiTillo, Attendance Clerk No one knows how long she has been here.

Counselor

 Mrs. Dolly Lewis - This is my 3rd year at Eugene Field as the counselor. I am married to Wes and have 2 children, Savanah and Cooper. At home I enjoy running and spending time with family and friends. At school I enjoy working with children and their families.

Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, 

Ms. Nichole Crane -- Pre-Kindergarten. This is Nichole's third year at Eugene Field.

Mrs. Martha Tucker -- I am the Aide in Nichole Crane's Pre-K classroom. My husband of 34 years, Gary, and I have two grown children, Shawn and Shantel. We are blessed with five grandchildren who are the light of our lives. We also have two dogs that are very much a part of out lives. I enjoy spending time with my family.
Mrs. Jennifer Creason -- Pre-Kindergarten.  This is Jennifer's third year at Eugene Field.

Mrs. Linda L. Wood  -- Class Web -- Kindergarten -- I've been a part of the Eugene Field staff for the last 16 years; 9 as a Kindergarten teacher and 5 as a Title 1 Pre-K teacher. I am also a certified Parent As Teacher Educator and I involve families in P.A.T.

Ms. Brandee Smashey - This is Ms. Smashey's 3rd year at Eugene Field. First year in Kindergarten.

Bob Landrum - Class Web --This is Bob's 5th year at Eugene Field. Bob has 11 years elementary classroom experience.

 

 

Mrs. Beth Hinton -- This is Mrs. Hinton's 3rd year teaching third grade at Eugene Field. I received my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2007 from HLG and my master's in Literacy in the spring of 2010.

4th Grade

Ms. Michelle A. Huseman -- Class Web -- [Eagle Nest Project] -- I have been teaching  at Eugene Field for 21 years. I've taught fourth grade for all of those years. I am a photographer, love to make stained glass, and have lots of other hobbies. I have an antique bathtub in my room as a reading area. I even bring my dog Winston in to visit with my kids.

  

Mrs. Heather J. McGuire -Blog- Hello! This is my 11th year of teaching at Eugene Field. Before that, I taught at A.D. Stowell Elementary and the Hannibal Middle School for four years. I was married in November of 2004 to my wonderful husband John. We have 2 pets at home; a cat named Demcee and a dog named Rolen. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, scrap booking, taking pictures, reading, working in my home and yard, and watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball games.

5th Grade

   

Mrs. Teresa Paszkiet --  This is my 8th year at Eugene Field. I'm also P.A.T. certified so I get to visit the siblings of my students. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter and twin boys. I enjoy scrapbooking, volleyball, and spending time with my family and friends.

   

Sarah Oleksy -Blog -  I have previously taught Kindergarten Art and Music in Hannibal. This is my first year teaching 5th grade at Eugene Field.  I have also taught 3rd and 4th grade.  I love to read, and swim in the summertime.  Music is very important to me and I sing in the choir at my church.  I love to travel and go see my family.

Literacy Coach                                                                                     

Mrs. Lammers -Web page - Blog - My husband Mark and I have two children Aaron, 23, and Anna-liese, 21. Both are attending college in Des Moines, Iowa. I received my teaching degrees from Augustana College (BA in Regular and Special Ed.) and Southwest Minnesota State (Masters in Educational Leadership). Since the mid 1980’s I have had the good fortune to teaching in Minnesota, South Dakota, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. These teaching opportunities, 1st grade to high school, have been rewarding and wonderful. I look forward to the new and exciting journey here...at Eugene Field!

 

Title 1 Reading

Mrs. Shirley Kane -- Blog - I am a Title I Teacher and I have taught reading for 24 years.  I have my masters in curriculum and instruction from the university of Missouri.  My BS is in reading from Quincy University. I love teaching reading.

Mrs. Jennifer D. Kimbrell -- I have taught Title 1 Reading for 17 years at Eugene Field. I graduated from Quincy University with a BS in Elementary Education and a Reading Specialist Certificate. I have my Masters in Education from Lindenwood University .

Mrs. Marcia A. Chesser -- I've been teaching at Eugene Field School for 22 years. This is my 4th year teaching Title I Language Arts. I love helping students learn to read and write!

 

Mrs. Laura Griffen -- I have worked at Eugene Field for two generations.  In my spare time I enjoy painting and trout fishing. Over the years, some of my favorite/funny responses from students include: "What is a spinning wheel? That thing on Wheel of Fortune." And ... "What do you think about giving the music teacher an ivy for a thank you gift? Why does she need an I.V., is she sick?"  My favorite author is Mark Teague.

Amy Hinds -- Grades K and 1st Special Services. This is my 6th year at Eugene Field and I'm very pleased to work with such a wonderful staff. I love working with students and their families. In my spare time I enjoy being with my daughter and husband doing fun things together as a family.

 

Ms. Kimberly R. Hancock -- Teacher Assistant for Mrs. Hinds' class.  I was the Librarian at Eugene Field for 9 years. Before that I subbed in the district for 5 years. I am the mother of 3 teens.

Kim Coates --  Kim Coates has been teaching at Eugene Field for 8 years in special services classrooms. She is married to her husband of 8 years, Kevin, and they have a little boy named Elijah.

 Mrs. Philips - Library Page Link This is my third year at Eugene Field. Previously was an aide to Special Education for 4 years as well as Assistant Coach to JV/Varsity Girls Basketball. Married to David, and have three daughters, Aaryn, Carleigh, and Makalyn. Active in outdoor activities, softball, soccer, and basketball. In my spare time I like to read and crochet booties and blankets for Children's Hospital in Columbia.  I will receive my BA in History from Columbia College in March of 2011.
